Please make your check or money order payable to Employer’s Advantage Direct Administrators, and be sure to include your personalized COBRA Member ID on the Memo line.
Your COBRA Member ID is located in the Qualified Beneficiary box on your Premium Payment Coupons. If you are not sure of your COBRA Member ID, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

If you have monthly payment coupons, feel free to enclose the corresponding month’s coupon. However, the coupon is not required for the payment to be applied to your account.

Pay by Online Banking Bill-Pay:
For a convenient paperless option, please feel free to set up your COBRA payment in your bank’s online bill-pay. Your bank will then mail your COBRA payment to our Processing Center on your behalf for delivery on the day you choose, without the hassle of envelopes or stamps.
